Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using services provided by H1CLOUD LTD (company number 17390100). It forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.
1. Lawful use
You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Services to store, transmit or make available any content that is unlawful.
2. Prohibited activities
- Unauthorised access to, or interference with, any network, system or data.
- Distribution of malware, or launching denial-of-service or other attacks.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or other abusive messaging.
- Infringement of intellectual property rights.
- Publishing or distributing content that is defamatory, harassing or that depicts the exploitation of minors.
- Fraud, phishing or any activity intended to deceive or harm others.
3. Resource use
You must not use shared infrastructure in a way that places an unreasonable load on it or degrades service for other customers. We may apply fair-use measures to protect platform stability.
4. Security and responsibility
You are responsible for securing your own servers, software and credentials, and for the content and activity on your account. You must respond promptly to any abuse or security notice we send.
5. Reporting abuse
Suspected misuse of our Services can be reported to [email protected]. We investigate reports and take appropriate action.
6. Enforcement
Where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may suspend or terminate the affected Services, with or without notice depending on the severity, and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where required.
