Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 August 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the supply of hosting and related services (the "Services") by H1CLOUD LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17390100, whose registered office is at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ ("H1Cloud", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using the Services you ("the Customer") agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide virtual private servers, managed hosting and related cloud infrastructure. The specification of each plan is described at the time of ordering. We may improve or modify the technical implementation of the Services provided the essential characteristics of the plan are maintained.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Fees and payment

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may suspend Services that breach that policy or that place undue load on shared infrastructure.

5. Availability

We target high availability and monitor our infrastructure continuously, but the Services are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. Planned maintenance will be notified where practicable. Specific service levels, where offered, are set out in a separate agreement.

6. Customer data and backups

You retain ownership of the content you store on the Services. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless a managed backup option is included in your plan. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate a Service on notice as described at the time of ordering. We may suspend or terminate Services immediately where required by law, in response to a security incident, or for a material breach of these Terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or on this website before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
